摘　　要：某工程地下室局部构件(柱、墙和板)存在不同程度的开裂和变形,现场对3个区域进行了相关检测,并通过验算地下室抗浮承载力计算,分析构件裂缝成因,提出裂缝的处理意见,为类似工程的检测鉴定提供借鉴。There are different degrees of cracking and deformation of the local components （columns,walls and slabs）of the project basement. The three areas were tested in the field,and the causes of the cracks were analyzed by checking the anti-floating bearing capacity of the basement,and the final treatment suggestions were put forward to provide rcfcrencc for the similarity of the project.
