摘  要:研究辉钼矿微波焙烧工艺,通过单因素实验确定主要影响因素和水平后,利用响应曲面法考察焙烧时间、物料质量、焙烧温度对焙烧效果的影响,建立了用于可溶钼(MoO_3)比例及S含量预测的多元回归模型,优化了工艺条件。结果表明,焙烧温度、焙烧时间和物料质量均对焙烧效果影响较大,按影响程度大小排序为:焙烧温度>焙烧时间>物料质量。优化的工艺条件为:焙烧时间56.95min,物料质量8.33g,焙烧温度649.55℃;此条件下采用微波焙烧后钼焙砂中可溶钼(MoO_3)比例和S含量分别为94.3%和0.054%,而采用传统电阻炉加热焙烧后钼焙砂中可溶钼(MoO_3)比例和S含量分别为85.5%和0.471%,表明微波焙烧大大提升了辉钼矿的氧化效果。Molybdenite microwave roasting process was studied. The main influencing factors and levels were determined by single factor experiments, and then the influences of roasting time, material weight and roasting temperature on roasting effect were studied by response surface methodology. The multiple re- gression equations were established for predicting MoO3 ratio and sulfur content and the technical parame- ters were optimized. The results show that roasting temperature, roasting time and material weight have obvious effect on roasting, and the level of influence is as follows:roasting temperature〉roasting time〉 material weight. Under the optimal conditions of 56.95 min roasting duration,8.33 g material and 649.55 ℃ roasting temperature,MoO3 ratio and sulfur content are 94.3% and 0. 054% respectively by microwave roasting, while MoO3 ratio and sulfur content are 85.5 % and 0. 471% respectively by traditional resistance furnace heating roasting. Microwave roasting greatly improves the molybdenite oxidation effect.
