摘 要:从现场、技术、经济角度对金属阳极WESP、玻璃钢阳极WESP和柔性阳极WESP三种选型方案进行比较分析,决定选用投资较低、占地少、无二次废水产生的柔性阳极WESP。同时,采取流场模拟控制气流均布、采用较低的烟气流速、选用耐腐蚀性能好的材料等优化设计措施以提高可靠性,强化在线冲洗等优化运行手段提高除尘除液滴效果,运行实践和环保监测结果均证明烟尘排放浓度可控制在10mg/m3以下,满足超净排放标准。At the view of field,technology and economic point,the selection schemes of metal anode WESP,FRP anode WESP and flexible anode WESP are compared and analyzed.It is decided to choose the flexible anode WESP with low investment,less land area and no secondary waste water.At the same time,the optimized operation measures such as flow field simulation control flow,low flue gas flow rate,selection of good corrosion resistant materials and so on,to improve the reliability,and to strengthen the online washing and other optimization operation means to improve the effect of dust removal,operation practice and environmental protection monitoring results show that the dust emission concentration can be controlled below 10mg/m3 to meet the super emission standards.
