摘　　要：【目的/意义】从用户需求的角度,研究用户使用高校图书馆微信的情况,从而挖掘出影响用户使用高校图书馆微信的主要因素。【方法/过程】在文献分析和深度访谈的基础上,对全国116所"211"大学的高校图书馆微信公众平台进行调研,建立用户使用模型并进行问卷调查。【结果/结论】通过数据分析处理,并对模型进行构建与修正,得出影响用户使用高校图书馆微信的关键因素是核心功能需求与技术需求。【Purpose/significance】From the perspective of user needs, this paper studied the main factors that affect the use of university library WeChat by analyzing the using situation of university library WeChat.【Method/process】On the basis of literature analysis and in-depth interviews, we conducted research on the micro-public platform of the university library of 116 ＂211＂ universities, and established the usage model and conducted a questionnaire survey.【Results/conclusion】Through the data analysis and processing, and to build and modify the model, we concluded that the key factors that affect the user＇s use of university library WeChat are the core functional requirements and technical requirements.
