摘 要:为了解决常规刮板输送机载荷谱计算方法的计算过程复杂,规律性差,不易于实现和推广到任意时刻、任意位置等问题,借助计算机的数值方法,研究一种计算刮板输送机载荷谱的新型数学模型。该方法使用一维数组模拟刮板输送机,通过数组中各个元素的数值变化模拟刮板输送机对应位置货载量随采煤机位置的变化而变化。使用matlab软件对刮板输送机载荷谱模拟系统软件平台进行开发,避免了繁琐的数据输入过程。通过计算机模拟,将本文研究方法与常规方法进行对比,验证本文研究方法可行性和优势。使用此方法能够极大简化刮板输送机载荷谱的计算过程,可获得任意时刻、任意位置刮板输送机的货载分布,对研究刮板输送机动态特性、张力变化与实时调节等提供了运行阻力数据依据。In order to overcome the complex process,poor regularity,difficulty in implementation in any time and any place to calculate the load spectrum of a conventional scraper conveyor,we establish a new mathematical model for calculating the load spectrum of a scraper conveyor with the help of computer numerical method. The model uses a one-dimensional array to simulate the scraper conveyor through numerically simulating the changes of each element in the array that correspond to the changes in the load of the scraper conveyor with the coal mining machine position change. The MATLAB software is used to develop the software platform of the scraper conveyor’ s load spectrum simulation system to avoid the tedious data input process. Through computer simulation,this paper compares the method with the conventional method,and the simulation results verify its feasibility and advantage.This method can greatly simplify the calculation process of the load spectrum of the scraper conveyor and can obtain cargo distribution at any time and position of the scraper conveyor. The method provides the database for the running resistance of the dynamic characteristics of the scraper conveyor,the tension variation and the real time adjustment.
