摘　　要：国家助学贷款制度实施以来,对解决贫困大学生的学费问题起到了重要的作用,但也存在一些问题。该研究以江苏省S大学情况为例,对目前大学生助学贷款政策执行现状、出现的问题以及对策进行探讨分析,提出优化资助效果及助学贷款绩效的对策建议。The college student loans has played an important role in helping students who can't afford tuition for higher education, but it still has some problems. This study takes the situations of a certain university in Jiangsu Province as an example. It analyzes the status of implementation, the existing problems of the policy and corresponding solutions to them. It also tables a proposal on improving the subsidizing effiency and performance of the student loan.
