N62的溶解及其溶液稳定性研究

摘  要:N62是一种脂肪族的高温尼龙,本文对N62溶解及影响溶液稳定的因素进行了研究,结果表明,N62的溶解和相对粘度受溶解温度、放置时间、溶剂浓度以及溶解/放置时的搅拌速度的影响较大。在硫酸中溶解速度较N6慢,降解速度较N6快。高比表面积有利于缩短溶解时间,减少降解程度。温度升高可以使溶解速度加快,但同时降解速度也加快。高粘N62需要40℃以上温度才可以溶解。高浓度硫酸对加快溶解,减少降解均有好处。高搅拌速度引起降解加速。N62 is an aliphatic high temperature nylon. This paper researches on the dissolution process of N62 copolymer and influence factors that have effects on the stability of solution. The result shows that the dissolution and relative viscosity of N62 copolymer are greatly affected by solution temperature, standing time, solvent concen-tration and stirring rate during dissolving and storing. Comparing with N6, N62 copolymer has a slower dissolving speed in sulfuric acid and a faster degrading speed. Higher specific surface area is beneficial to shorten dissolving time and reduce degradation. Higher temperature can also increase the dissolving speed, but degrading speed is al-so increased. N62 copolymer with high viscosity will not be dissolved when temperature is lower than 40 degree centigrade. High concentration sulfuric acid benefit the dissolving speed and reducing degradation. High stirring speed accelerates the degrading speed.
