摘 要:采用搅拌铸造法制备碳纳米管增强镁基复合材料(CNTs)/AZ91,测试复合材料在铸态T4态和T6态的机械性能,并对材料的微观组织进行观察和分析。研究了碳纳米管的加入对复合材料机械性能的影响规律,细致的研究了材料本身成分的影响,特别是铝含量对复合材料机械性能的影响。研究发现加入碳纳米管后材料强度有所提高,然而塑性却下降了,当铝含量增加时,复合材料的弹性模量有所提高,而热处理则使材料的弹性模量有一定程度的下降,为生产及科研提供了参考依据。; (CNTs)/AZ91 were prepared by agitation casting method. The mechanical properties of the com-posites were investigated in the T4 and T6 states. The microstructure of the composites was observed and analyzed. The influence of the addition of carbon nanotubes on the mechanical properties of the composites was studied. The influence of the composition of the materials on the mechanical properties of the composites was studied in detail. It is found that the strength of the material increases with the addition of carbon nanotubes, but the plasticity decrea-ses. When the aluminum content increases, the elastic modulus of the composites increases, while the heat treat-ment reduces the elastic modulus of the material to a certain extent. For the production and scientific, the research provides a reference.
