摘 要:机动车排放是我国大气污染的重要来源,是造成大气灰霾和臭氧污染的重要原因。通过分析我国机动车污染防治形势、总结机动车污染防治工作进展、预测未来机动车污染防治形势等,详细研究我国机动车污染防治情况,为机动车污染防治和空气质量改善提供参考。研究表明:近年来,我国机动车排放得到初步遏制,但随着转型升级和燃煤污染防治力度的加大,机动车污染逐渐凸显,重点区域排放强度依然偏高,已成为大气灰霾的重要来源。通过完善法律法规、提升新车排放标准、加速淘汰黄标车和老旧车、推进车辆燃油低硫化进程、改善交通出行结构等,初步形成机动车污染防治体系。机动车产业发展迅猛,未来机动车污染防治形势不容乐观。Motor vehicle emission is an important source of air pollution in China,and a significant cause of smog and ozone pollution. By analyzing the current situations of vehicle pollution control,summarizing the process that has been made and forecasting the future development scenarios,this paper attempts to provide reference for vehicle pollution control and air quality improvement. The study shows that in recent years,China's motor vehicle emission has been initially contained. However,with industrial upgrading and enhanced control of coal-firing induced pollution,vehicle emission with high emission in key areas in particular,become prominent and a main source of smog. Right now China has established the motor vehicle pollution control system by improving relevant laws and regulations,upgrading emission standards,accelerating the replacement of unqualified vehicles,promoting the utilization of low sulfur fuel,and improving means of transportation. Nevertheless,with the rapid development of automobile industry,the challenges of vehicle pollution control remain.
