浅谈DB模式下建设项目设计的特殊性

摘　　要：设计施工总承包(Design-Build)模式与传统承发包(Design-Bid-Build)模式的主要区别在于设计。DB模式下设计的特殊性给设计参与方的组织机构、设计工作流程、设计责任等带来了极大的变化。文章主要从DB模式的定义、设计比例、设计过程等三个方面对DB模式下建设项目设计的特殊性进行探讨,提出了适合我国国情的DB模式——方案设计式的DB模式,并对该模式的设计工作过程进行阐述,为DB模式在我国的推广应用提供理论指导。The main difference between the Design-Build mode and the Design-Bid-Build mode lies in the design.The particularity of design in DB mode brings great changes to the organization,design workflow,design responsibility of the participants of the design.This paper mainly discusses the particularity of the construction project design in DB mode from the aspects of DB model definition,design proportion and design process,and puts forward DB model which is suitable for China＇s national conditions.The design process is elaborated,to provide theoretical guidance for the promotion of DB mode in China.
