摘　　要：本文针对宁夏地区新农村建设、重建、改造工作中缺乏能够反映农村民居现状基础数据的问题,在全区行政村开展村镇建筑住区专业情况调研。根据调研资料,分析宁夏地区既有村镇民居建筑的特点,给出一些村镇民居建筑现状的统计数据,指出村镇住区房屋在抗震设计、构造、施工存在的问题,并剖析其原因,提出一些提高村镇住区居住性能的建议和意见。In view of the new rural construction in Ningxia and reconstruction,due to the lack of basic data that reflects the status of rural residential areas,investigation on the professional status of rural residential quarters in the region＇s administrative villages is carried out.According to research data,analyze the characteristics of the rural residential buildings in Ningxia area,give out some statistics about the residential buildings status in some villages and towns,point out that problems in the seismic design,construction,construction of the rural residential buildings,and analyze its reasons,put forward suggestions and opinions on improving rural residential district performance.
