摘  要:加料过程是烟叶制丝加工过程的重要环节,是决定卷烟质量的关键步骤,而混合的均匀性则是混料的重点。为了研究混合均匀性,以烟叶为研究对象,以某混料滚筒为模型,运用EDEM对烟叶的运动过程进行模拟,将混料的不可视过程可视化,提取出烟叶的运动速度,抛洒和堆积上升位置,确定滚筒的旋转速度和倾斜角度,为分析烟叶在空间中分散状态提供可靠依据。利用Matlab软件将所有烟叶的分布情况可视化处理并提取出包络面和包络体积,分析烟叶在滚筒中空间分散状态,为料液的喷射状态提供可靠的数据支撑。The feeding process is an important step in the process of tobacco leaf processing, which is the key step in determining the quality of the cigarette, and the mixing uniformity is the focus of the mixing. In order to study the mixing uniformity, with tobacco as the research object, a mixing drum as a model, the movement process of tobacco leaves was simulated by EDEM. The invisible mixing process is made visible. The moving speed of tobacco leaves, throwing and accumulating up position are extracted, and the rotating speed and tilt angle of the cylinder are determined, to provide a reliable basis for the dispersion analysis of tobacco in space. Matlab software is used for visible treatment of the distribution of all tobacco leaves, and the envelope surface and the envelope volume are extracted. The space dispersed state of tobacco leaves in the cylinder is analyzed, to provide reliable data support for the ejection state of liquid material.
