摘 要:产学合作是校企为实现双赢发展目标而共同开展的合作研发模式,关于产学合作效率的探讨已成为创新领域的重要议题。通过对高校教师参与产学合作方式与收益研究,总结了影响产学合作的个体因素。通过问卷调查和统计分析,验证了个人因素对教师参与产学合作的积极性会产生显著影响。据此提出了加深对自身特长的认识、选择合适的产学合作参与方式和形成产学协同创新模式等对策建议。Industry-university cooperation is the cooperative research and development mode jointly carried out by the school enterprise to realize the win-win development goal,and the discussion on the efficiency of industry-university cooperation has become an important issue in the field of innovation.Through the study of the method and yield of university teachers′participation in production,the author summarizes the individual factors that influence industry-university cooperation.Through questionnaires and statistical analyses,it is verified that individual factors can exert a significant impact on teachers′enthusiasm for participation in industry-university cooperation.Based on this,the author proposes some countermeasures and suggestions such as strengthening cognition of specialties,choosing appropriate participation mode of industry-university cooperation and forming innovation mode of industry-university cooperation.
