摘 要:[目的]研究铜胁迫对绿豆幼苗生理指标的影响。[方法]以不同浓度的铜溶液为培养液,研究Cu2+对绿豆幼苗活性氧清除系统及叶绿素含量的影响。[结果]当Cu2+浓度在0~70 mg/L梯度内,绿豆幼苗的SOD活性、POD活性和叶绿素均呈先上升后下降的趋势,当Cu2+浓度为50 mg/L时,SOD活性和POD活性为最大值,随着浓度增大,活性下降;低浓度Cu2+促进叶绿素的合成,当Cu2+浓度为20 mg/L时,绿豆幼苗叶绿素含量最高,随着浓度增大,叶绿素含量明显下降。[结论]铜胁迫明显影响活性氧清除酶系统,导致绿豆幼苗活性氧代谢失调。[Objective]Effects of Cu stress on physiological indicators of Vigna radiata seedlings. [Method]For nutrient solution with different concentrations of Cu solution,this paper studied the effect of Cu2 +on active oxygen scavenging system and chlorophyll content of V. radiata seedling.[Result]When the concentration of copper ions was in the range of 0 ~ 70 mg/L,the SOD activity,POD activity and chlorophyll content of the V. radiata seedlings appeared to be increased firstly and then decreased. When the concentration of copper ions was 50 mg/L,SOD activity and POD activity got the maximum,with concentration increasing,the activity declined. Low concentration of copper ion promoted chlorophyll's synthesis,when the copper ion concentration was 20 mg/L,the chlorophyll content of V. radiata seedlings became highest,with the concentration increasing,the chlorophyll content decreased obviously.[Conclusion]Copper stress significantly affects the active oxygen scavenging enzyme system,causes V. radiata seedling's active oxygen metabolism disorder.
