摘 要:[目的]研究不同硒源栽培模式下紫芝的富硒情况。[方法]微波消解-ICP-MS法对不同栽培模式富硒紫芝中的Mg、Ca、Fe、Cr、Co、Cu、Zn、As、Cd、Pb、Se、Ag、Hg 13种元素进行测定和基质中的Se检测。通过添加无机硒元素(亚硒酸钠、活化硒矿)富硒栽培和天然富硒原料富硒栽培,研究不同硒源栽培模式下紫芝的富硒情况。[结果]14个富硒样品中检测出Mg、Ca、Fe、Cr、Co、Cu、Zn、As、Cd、Pb、Se,未检出Ag、Hg这2种元素。添加亚硒酸钠为硒源时,当基质中硒含量为41.00 mg/kg,富硒效果最佳;当基质中硒含量大于110.00mg/kg,富硒效果较差。在添加活化硒矿为硒源时,富硒效果较差。其他元素含量较接近。[结论]添加亚硒酸钠硒源比添加活化硒矿硒源的富硒效果较好。[Objective] The research aimed to study the selenium-enriched condition of Ganoderma lucidum under different selenium cultivation models.[Method]The contents of Mg,Ca,Fe,Cr,Co,Cu,Zn,As,Cd,Pb,Se,Ag and Hg of selenium-enriched Ganoderma lucidum under different cultivation models were determined,and the selenium in the matrix was detected by microwave digestion-ICP-MS method. The selenium-enriched condition of Ganoderma lucidum was studied by adding inorganic selenium( sodium selenite,activated selenium ore) and natural selenium-enriched raw material selenium-enriched cultivation.[Result]Mg,Ca,Fe,Cr,Co,Cu,Zn,As,Cd,Pb and Se were detected in 14 selenium-enriched samples. Ag and Hg were not detected. When selenium selenite was added as selenium source,the selenium content was 41. 00 mg/kg and the selenium-enriched effect was the best. When the content of selenium in the matrix was more than 110. 00 mg/kg,the selenium-enriched effect was poor. When the activated selenium ore was selenium,the selenium-enriched effect was poor. Other elements were closer.[Conclusion]The selenium-enriched effect of adding selenite selenium source was better than that of selenium source of adding activated selenium ore.
