摘  要:准确、快速的碲元素分析方法对富碲金矿床中碲资源的综合利用和矿床成因研究均具有重要的实际意义。采用原子荧光光谱法测定金矿石中的碲,并对干扰元素进行了分析。实验结果表明,金矿石中的Au、Ag干扰碲的测定,采用硫脲作为掩蔽剂,可有效地掩蔽Au、Ag的干扰,提高测定的准确度,但不能掩蔽As、Sb和Bi,反而会加重干扰。硫脲作为掩蔽剂具有一定的局限性,As、Sb和Bi含量低的金矿石样品,可采用硫脲掩蔽剂+稀释法测定碲。A quick and accurate method for the determination of Te plays an important role in Te resource comprehensive utilization and Au-Te deposit genesis investigation. The paper determined Te in gold ores using atomic fluorescence spectrometry,and analyzed the interference elements. The experiment results showed that the determination of Te in gold ores can be affected by the presence of Au and/or Ag. Therefore,thiourea was used as masking agent,which effectively masked the interference of Au and Ag and improved the determination accuracy. However,the addition of thiourea couldn't mask the interference of As,Sb and Bi but,on the contrary,made it worse. It appears that thiourea has its limits as a masking agent in the determination of Te. But thiourea masking agent + dilution process can be effective in the determination of Te in gold ores with low content of As,Sb and Bi.
