摘  要:为优化激光辐照带壳炸药热点火实验设计,探索点火规律,结合激光辐照带壳炸药PBXN-109热点火实验,建立了非线性热传导有限元模型。在分析炸药热响应及金属-炸药接触热阻对热点火过程影响规律的基础上,提出了金属-激光能量耦合系数及金属-炸药接触热阻的确定方法。结果表明:炸药热响应及金属-炸药接触热阻对炸药层温度影响较大,对金属层温度几乎没有影响。在此基础上,结合实测数据,用试错法给出了金属-激光能量耦合系数和金属-炸药接触热阻的取值,建立了激光辐照带壳炸药数值计算模型。According to the experiment of thermal ignition of explosive PBXN-109 with metal shell irradiated by laser beam,a nonlinear thermal conduction finite element model of explosive with metal shell is established.The impacts of thermal response of explosives and metalexplosive thermal conduct resistance on the thermal ignition of explosive PBXN-109 with metal shell are analyzed,and the methods for confirming the metal-laser energy coupling coefficient and the metal-explosive thermal conduct resistance are built.The results indicate that thermal response of explosives and metal-explosive thermal conduct resistance have significant influence on the temperature of the explosive,and little impact on that of the metal.With the meaured results,the metal-laser energy coupling coefficients and the metalexplosive thermal conduct resistance values are confirmed by try-and-error method,and the calculating model for the thermal ignition of explosive with metal shell irradiated by laser beam is accomplished.
