摘  要:为提高原油脱水率,改善传统静电聚结器所存在的弊端,介绍了国内外有关容器内置式静电聚结器的最新研究进展。详细阐述了内置式静电聚结器聚结效果的影响因素,总结了各因素对脱水效果的影响:最优临界电场强度为2 000~4 000V/cm;延长电场作用时间可以提高原油脱水率,通过对比不同电场形式确定了其适用场合;提出了绝缘电极结构对材料介电常数和材质的要求;分析认为存在最优电场频率,总结了温度、压力、流态和入口含水率对脱水效果的影响。研究结果表明,运用内置式静电聚结器可有效提高原油脱水率,对今后原油脱水研究方向具有指导意义。In order to improve the dehydration rate of crude oil and improve the disadvantages of traditional static coalescer,the latest research progress of built-in electrostatic coalescer at home and abroad is introduced.The influence factors of coalescing effect of built-in electrostatic coalescer are expounded in detail,and the effect on the dehydration effect is summarized and the following conclusion is deduced.The optimum critical electric field intensity is 2 000~4 000V/cm;The dewatering rate can be improved by prolonging the time of the electric field;The different electric field forms are compared to determine the suitable application;The dielectric constant and material requirement of the insulating electrode structure are put forward,and the effects of temperature,pressure,flow regime and inlet moisture content on the dehydration effect were summarized.The results show that the built-in electrostatic coalescer can effectively improve the dehydration rate of crude oil and make a significant contribution to the future research direction of crude oil dehydration.
