摘 要:新型柴油机技术使润滑油中烟炱的含量越来越高,润滑油中的烟炱与柴油发动机的磨损和正常运行密切相关。Mack T-9发动机台架试验是ASTM标准中用来评定柴油发动机油对因烟炱引起的活塞环、气缸衬里、轴承磨损的保护能力的试验之一。以Mack T-9台架为研究对象,分析了8种柴油机油中烟炱的理化性质,探索了烟炱对润滑油抗磨性能的影响。结果表明,初始烟炱颗粒是由约十几个1.789nm大小微晶组成,并依靠范德华力聚集形成200~300nm的烟炱聚集颗粒存在于润滑油中;台架试验中抗磨性能较好的油样,大粒径的烟炱聚集颗粒较少,其分散性能较好,试验分析结果可为高档柴油机油的研究开发提供基础数据支持。New diesel engine technologies typically increase the soot content in the lubricant.Soot in the lubricant closely relates to the diesel engine wear and smoothness of running.According to the ASTM standards,Mack T-9 bench test is one of the required engine bench tests to evaluate the diesel engine oil performance,which evaluates the wear of the piston ring,the cylinder liner and the bearing due to the effect of soot.In the work,the Mack T-9 bench test was taken as the research object.Soot's physical and chemical properties were analyzed in the eight kinds of diesel engine oil.Effects of the soot on anti-wear performance of the diesel engine oil were studied.Testing results indicated that the initial soot particles were composed by a dozen of crystallites with the size of1.789 nm.Based on the van der Waals forces,the initial soot particles form the assembling soot particles with the size from 200-300 nm in the lubricant.The lubricant oil with fewer big soot particles exhibits better anti-wear performance due to better dispersibility.Our analysis results will contribute to developing high-grade diesel engine oils and improving the diesel engine technologies.
