供给侧改革视角下汕头市经济转型升级研究

摘　　要：随着供给侧改革的推进,经济发展进入了方式改变、动力转换、转型发展的新阶段,倒逼经济转型升级,为了验证这期间汕头市经济转型升级的绩效,依据供给侧改革的内涵和要求,构建了汕头市经济转型升级绩效评价体系,运用熵值法得到绩效评价体系各评价指标的信息熵和权重,对2010~2014年汕头市经济转型升级转的绩效进行客观评价分析。实证结果表明,汕头市经济尽管在新常态下经济增速减速,但转型升级取得了效果,经济转型升级指数由2010年的17.55提高到2014年的22.18,提升26.39%,绩效从"临界"到"良",经济提质增效,总体呈现缓慢上升、逐步优化的趋势。Economic development has entered the new stage of mode changes,power conversion,transformation following reforms in supply end and that forced economic transformation and upgrading.In order to verify Shantou＇s achievements of transformation and upgrading between 2010 to 2014,performance evaluation index system based on entropy has been built.The result shows the index of Shantou＇s economic transformation and upgrading increased from 17.55 in 2010 to 22.18 in 2014,increased by 26.39%,the performance is from ＂critical＂ to ＂good＂,showing an overall slow rise and the trend of gradual optimization.
