摘　　要：机油滤清器是发动机润滑系统的重要组成部分,它的主要作用是及时的清除机油中的机械杂质和沉淀物,延长机油的使用寿命。作为润滑系统的一个重要部件,除了过滤性能必须满足发动机的需求外,滤清器还起到密封润滑油路的功能。本文基于旋装式机油滤清器的结构,从不同的角度进行密封设计分析与优化。Oil filter is the important component in lubrication system. Its main function is to remove the mechanical impurities and sediment in the oil in time and prolong the service life of oil. As an important part of the lubrication system, besides the filtration performance must meet the engine＇s requirements, the filter also as a sealing lubricant circuit. Based on the structure of spin-on oil filter, the design of seal is analyzed and optimized from different angles.
