摘 要:2016年汛期长江发生大洪水,长江中游韦源口河段左岸黄冈长江干堤茅山堤团林段发生崩岸险情,经现场紧急抢险,情况得到有效控制。对险情发生的原因进行了分析,介绍了具体的抢险措施,并就此次险情的后续整治和韦源口其他相关河段河道治理措施进行了研究。针对茅山堤团林段的河势情况,提出了今后该河段治理时,应开展水文、水下地形测验,对岸坡的稳定性进行评价,必要时对险情段抛石加固和对上、下游受回流影响段进行新护,适当平整险情附近段岸线,严禁崩岸附近河段非法采砂;对其他河段现有护岸工程进行加固和延护,稳定现有河势和主流位置,整治牯牛沙水道,改善航道条件等治理措施。其成果可供规划设计单位或管理部门参考。Big flood occurred in the Yangtze River basin in 2016 flood season and Tuanlin section of Maoshan levee at Weiyuankou reach,at Huanggang main levee of the Yangtze River,collapsed on left side. This article analyzes the collapse cause,introduces the danger control measures and researches the follow-up reinforcement measures for the collapse section and the harnessing measures for the other related sections of Weiyuankou reach. Given the river regime of Tuanlin section of Maoshan levee,the correlated harnessing measures for the section are put forward,including conducting hydrology and underwater landform survey,assessing the stability of the bank slope,dumping riprap and reinforcing the dangerous section,adopting engineering measures for upstream and downstream back-flow area,properly streamlining the bank line,forbidding illegal sand mining near the dangerous section,reinforcing other existing levee. And then the existing revetment engineerings on other sections are reinforced,including the reinforcement of the existing regime and the mainstream position,Guniusha channel remediation,navigation condition improvement etc. The research results can be referred by planning and designing department or competent authority.
