摘　　要：目的:探讨综合护理干预对直肠癌肠造口术后患者生活质量的影响。方法:将60例直肠癌肠造口患者随机分为干预组和对照组,每组30例。对照组患者术后给予常规护理,干预组在此基础上给予全面系统的综合护理干预,统计两组患者术后相关并发症及生活质量评分情况。结果:干预组患者在躯体健康、心理健康、一般症状、家庭社会功能及患者自我生活质量评价等方面明显优于对照组,且干预组相关并发症发生率仅为6.67%,显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理干预可明显减少直肠癌肠造口相关并发症发生率,提高患者术后生活质量,具有一定的临床使用价值。Objective：To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the quality of life of patients with rectal cancer after operation for colostomy.Methods：60 patients with colostomy for rectal cancer were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,30 cases in each group.Patients in control group were given routine nursing,while patients in intervention group were given comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the routine nursing.The postoperative complications and quality of life scores of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results：In the aspects of physical health,mental health,general symptoms,family and patient self assessment,the scores of patients in intervention group were significantly higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of complications of the intervention group was only 6.67% ,which was significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly reduce the incidence of complications,improve the quality of life of patients after colostomy,it has a certain clinical value.
