整体护理干预对乳腺癌手术患者及家属生活质量的影响分析

摘　　要：目的:探究整体护理干预对乳腺癌手术患者及家属生活质量的影响。方法:收集2014年6月~2015年9月来某院接受乳腺癌手术的共62例患者的临床资料,将其中接受常规护理的31例患者定为对照组,将另外31例接受整体护理的患者定为观察组。对相关记录进行数据处理,再记录患者出院后1年内复查与随访结果,分两次对患者及其家属的生活质量进行评价。通过乳腺癌患者生命质量测定量表QLICP-BR对两组患者生活质量进行评价,通过癌症患者照顾者生活质量量表QOL Scale-FAMILY对两组患者家属的生活质量进行评价。结果:对比两组患者及其家属的生活质量,观察组的乳腺癌患者及其家属的生活质量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),差异显著,具有统计学意义。结论:实施整体护理对于提升乳腺癌手术患者及其家属的生活质量具有突出的正面影响,值得临床大力推广。Objective：To explore the effect of holistic nursing intervention on the quality of life of breast cancer patients and their families.Methods：A total of 62 patients who underwent breast cancer surgery from June 2014 to September 2015 were enrolled in this study.31 patients who received routine care were selected as control group and 31 patients underwent overall care.The patients were treated with onverall nursing as an observation group.The data were processed by the relevant records,and the results of the review and followup were recorded within one year after levaing hospital.The quality of life of the patients and their families was evaluated twice.QLICP-BR was used to evaluate the quality of life of the two groups of patients by QOLIC-FAMILY,and the quality of life of the two groups was evaluated by the quality of life of cancer caregivers.Results：Compare the quality life and their families of the two groups,the quality of life of breast cancer patients and their families of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The differences were statistically significant.Conclusion：The implementation of the overall care for the promotion of breast cancer patients and their families have a positive impact on the quality of life,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
