摘　　要：自主创业是促进退役运动员再就业的新途径。以浙江省为例,对2012至2014年浙江省退役运动员就业安置情况进行调查,发现自主创业已经成为运动员退役后再就业的新选择。文章运用SWOT分析法对浙江省退役运动员自主创业的可行性进行分析,并在此基础上,分别从退役运动员、政府机构和社会力量三方面出发,提出促进退役运动员自主创业的基本策略。Entrepreneurship has emerged as a new way to accommodate retired athletes. In the case of those in Zhejiang province,entrepreneurship has become a new choice for demobilized athletes. This conclusion is made after a survey was conducted on where they go to work after retirement from 2012 to 2014. The feasibility study is approached from the perspective of SWOT analysis. The thesis proposes a basic strategy to help retirees to get re-employed by focusing on retired athletes,government institutions and the general public.
