摘　　要：河北省在城镇化和农业现代化进程中面临大量农村劳动力转移,法治环境是农村劳动力转移的基础和保障。文章在总结和肯定河北省已取得成果的基础上,剖析问题,提出对策,旨在从"良法"和"善治"两方面优化河北省农村劳动力转移法治环境,进一步推进农村劳动力有序转移。In the process of urbanization and agricultural modernization in Hebei Province a great amount of rural labor has transferred to cities.The legal environment is the foundation of the transfer of the rural labor force.Based on the summary and the achievements of the legal environment construction in Hebei,the author of this paper analyzes the existing problems and puts forward countermeasures,so as to further optimize the environment of the rural labor transfer in Hebei through the rule of law and promote the rural labor force transfer from the aspects＂good law＂and＂good governance＂.
