摘 要:无刷直流电机矢量控制系统在PI调节下会出现转矩和速度响应跟随慢的现象,导致系统在负载多变的环境工作时电流失控。针对PI调节无法满足无刷直流电机矢量控制在负载变化频繁下稳、快、准性能要求的问题,提出了矢量控制外环柔性变结构调节策略。应用STM32F103芯片搭建实验平台,对无刷直流电机矢量控制的速度外环分别进行变饱和柔性变结构调节和PI调节,测得了两种方式下突加负载的转速波形。对比试验波形表明,柔性变结构调节相比PI调节具有更快的速度响应,更好的稳态精度。BLDC vector control under PI regulator shows that torgue and speed following is slow,which leads to the current runaway in environment which load changing frequently. For PI regulator can not meet the requirements that performance is steady,fast and accurate when the load is changed frequently,this paper proposed a flexible variable structure adjustment outer of vector control. It used STM32F103 chip to set up the experiment platform,try PI regulator and variable saturation soft variable structure adjustment in speed loop of BLDCM vector,and test the speed waveforms of them. Compared the waveforms of variable saturation soft variable structure adjustment to the waveforms of PI regulator adjustment show that variable saturation soft variable structure adjustment has a faster speed response and a better steady-state accuracy.
