摘 要:历史街区因其独特价值日益被人们所认识,各地改造活化的历史文化街区越来越多,但较普遍存在着雷同化、过分商业化等问题,特色不明、文化失真广为诟病。日本住区再生式街区改造,独特文化祭,住民参与延续街区文脉,增加街区认同感可以资借鉴。泉州西街历史文化资源丰富,各方慎重的渐进式改造虽避免了大拆大建,但也制约了街区发展进程。借鉴日本街区改造经验的泉州西街开发路径,以政府主导住区再生式的改造模式,更新兼具传统与美感的传统商店街,通过多方参与,全方位促进西街新发展。The unique value of historical streets is increasingly recognized by people.More and more historical and cultural districts have been redeveloped.However,there are some problems such as similarities and over-commercialization.We can learn from redevelopment in Japanese residential district,unique cultural festival,residents participation and increasing street identity.There are many historical and cultural resources in Quanzhou West Street.The careful gradual redevelopment by all parties has avoided a large-scale demolition,but the development process is restricted.Based on street redevelopment experience in Japan,redevelopment path of Quanzhou West Street takes a residential transformation model with the government playing a leading role,to renew traditional shopping streets with both tradition and beauty,and promote the development of Quanzhou West Street through multilateral participation.
