摘 要:为研究不同壁厚钢管混凝土短柱轴压力学性能,制作了10组不同壁厚的钢管混凝土短柱试件进行轴压性能对比试验.试验结果表明,钢管混凝土轴压短柱壁厚效应的本质是核心混凝土的围压效应.在弹性变形阶段,随着钢管壁厚增加,轴压短柱弹性极限承载力增加,试件弹性极限承载力与钢管壁厚呈线性关系.在塑性变形阶段,随着钢管壁厚增加,轴压短柱塑性变形模型增加,钢管混凝土短柱塑性变形模量与钢管壁厚呈线性关系,试件呈现理想塑性状态时的钢管壁厚约为5 mm.通过对几种典型轴压承载力计算公式进行试验验证,得出欧洲和日本标准能够较好预测不同壁厚钢管混凝土短柱试件的弹性极限承载力.In order to study the axial compression performance of concrete filled steel tubular with different wall thickness,10 groups of concrete filled steel tube specimens were fabricated to conduct axial compression performance comparison experiment. The experimental results show that the nature of wall thickness effect of concrete filled steel tubular columns under axial compression is the confining pressure effect of the core concrete. The elastic ultimate bearing capacity of the specimen is linear with the wall thickness of the steel tube in the elastic deformation stage. In the stage of plastic deformation,and the plastic deformation modulus of concrete filled steel tube is linear with the wall thickness. The wall thickness is about 5 mm when the specimens presents ideal plastic state. Several typical axial compression bearing capacity calculation results show that European and Japanese standards can predict the elastic ultimate bearing capacity of concrete filled steel tubes with different wall thickness well.
