摘　　要：基于智慧康居的内涵,综合考虑智慧康居指标构建标准,从智慧适居、智慧保居、智慧怡人、智慧安康、智慧便居5个方面出发,构建智慧康居评价指标体系,并运用熵权灰色关联法及空间分析法,对郑州市的智慧康居水平进行评价.结果显示:(1)郑州市与北京、上海、广州等共11个城市相比,无论是综合智慧康居水平,还是各子系统水平均处于较低或最低水平状态,甚至比临近的开封市智慧康居综合水平还要低;(2)郑州市2005—2014年智慧康居综合水平呈波动下降趋势,其中,2005—2006年呈现明显下降状态,2006—2013年呈现小幅波动上升状态,2014年又呈现下降趋势.尽管郑州市与其他城市相比处于低水平状态,但就纵向来看,郑州市的智慧康居综合水平呈现较好的发展趋势.最后,根据郑州市的智慧康居的评价结果及影响因素分析,提出郑州市智慧康居发展建设的建议.Based on the connotation of urban intelligent healthy,and the standard of the evaluation index system,this paper put forward the index system of intelligent healthy level,which consists of five aspects,including intelligentcomfort,intelligent protection,intelligent pleasant,intelligent security and intelligent convenient. By using theentropy weight gray correlation method and the spatial analysis method,the intelligent healthy level of Zhengzhouwas evaluated from spatial and temporal perspective,the results were shown that：（1）Comparing with the othercities,Zhengzhou got the lowest score in the all study units,both in the comprehensive level and the level of eachsubsystem. Even the intelligent healthy level of Kaifeng was higher than Zhengzhou.（2）From the temporal changecharacteristics,the comprehensive intelligent healthy level of Zhengzhou was decreasing from 2005 to 2014 overall.In detail,there was a significant decline in 2005 to 2006 and a slightly fluctuating state in 2006 to 2013. Althoughthe intelligent healthy level of Zhengzhou was lowest compared to other cities,the comprehensive intelligent healthylevel was steadily increasing in the whole study period,which reflected a good evolution trend. According to theevaluation results and influencing factors analysis of the intelligent healthy in Zhengzhou,we put forward somesuggestions and measures for enhancing the intelligent healthy level.
