摘  要:我国高速铁路的快速发展,对铁路安全保障提出了更高的要求。高速铁路地震预警系统的建立是减轻和避免地震灾害的重要手段。介绍了地震预警的基本原理和各国在高铁预警方面的应用及实践,提出了高速铁路地震预警紧急信息发布系统的设计架构,从业务逻辑、信息发布流程、服务产品、通信网络等几个方面分别进行了阐述,为地震预警系统面向行业用户的紧急信息服务系统建设提供了参考和借鉴。With the rapid development of China's high-speed railway,rail safety and security put forward higher requirements. The establishment of high - speed railway earthquake early warning system is an important means to reduce and avoid earthquake disaster. The paper introduces the basic principles of earthquake early warning and the application and practice of earthquake early warning in high-speed railway. And the design structure of emergency information release system of high-speed railway is put forward in the paper. It is described from business logic,information release process,service product, communication network and so on .The design provides a reference for the construction of the emergency information service system for the industrial users.
