摘 要:为了解近年来湖北省规模化蛋鸡场新城疫(Newcastle disease,ND)疫苗的免疫效果,从2013年6月到2015年12月在湖北省规模化蛋鸡场随机采集6 989份血清样本,用血凝抑制试验(hemagglutination inhibition,HI)测定NDV抗体滴度,并对不同年份和月份样本的抗体滴度进行统计分析。结果显示,2013年样本的NDV平均抗体滴度最低,为9.2log2,2014年样本的平均抗体滴度最高,为10.0log2,2015年的为9.8log2。在2013年的7个月中,9月份样本的平均抗体滴度最低,为8.5log2,8月份样本的平均抗体滴度最高,为9.8log2;在2014年的样本中,1月份样本的平均抗体滴度最低,为8.3log2,5月份的最高,为12.3log2;2015年12月样本的抗体平均滴度最低,为8.9log2,11月的最高,为12.7log2。从日龄来看,120日龄~300日龄的鸡只NDV平均抗体滴度较为稳定,而小于120日龄和大于300日龄鸡只的抗体滴度呈现较大幅度波动。总体上所有样本的NDV抗体平均滴度均大于9log2,说明湖北省NDV的免疫水平良好,对鸡群具有较好的保护能力。In order to investigate the status of the immune effect,6 989 blood samples were collected randomly form lagePscale layer farms in Hubei province from June 2013 to December 2015. The antibody titers of Newcastle dis- ease virus were measured by hemagglutination inhibition test(HI). With antibody titer analysis of the samples from different years and months,we found that the Newcastle disease virus average antibody titers reached the highest 10.0log2 in 2014, the lowest 9.21og2 in 2013 and 9.81og2 in 2015. In the seven months of 2013,the Newcastle dis- ease virus average antibody titers reached the highest 9.81og2 in October and average antibody titer was the lowest 8.51og2 in August. Analysis on the samples from 2014 revealed that Newcastle disease virus average antibody titers reached the highest 12.31og2 in May and average antibody titer was the lowest 8.31og2 in january. Analysis on the samples from 2015 revealed that Newcastle disease virus average antibody titers reached the highest 12.71og2 in November and average antibody titer was the lowest 8.91og2 in December. The Newcastle disease virus average an tibody titers were more stable between 120 and 300 days,but the age less than 120 days or more than 300 days presented a significant fluctuations. The averages of Newcastle disease virus antibody titer values in Hubei Province were greater than 91og2 in the three years holistic data,which explained that the Newcastle disease immune level is good enough to protect the chickens from the Newcastle disease.
