摘　　要：人口老龄化的快速发展给全球带来了明显的社会问题,老龄人群的健康和医疗照顾保障是目前多数国家正在认真研究的课题。瑞典的医疗照顾是国家福利系统的一部分,对老龄人群的社会医疗照顾是国际上公认的典范。本文主要介绍了瑞典对老龄人群社会医疗照顾模式的构成,包括国家的主要政策、区域性政府的作用、私有企业的参与、老年人的需求等,以及瑞典模式对我国老龄人群社会医疗照顾体系研究的启示。The rapid growth of aging population has brought various problems. Projects concerning the health of elderly people and medical care are carefully investigated by most of countries. The medical care is part of the national welfare system in Sweden, whose social and medical care for the aging population has been a model generally admitted by the international society. The article mainly introduced the system of social and medical care for elderly people in Sweden, including related polices, the role of local government and participation of private companies, and the needs of elderly people. The Swedish model may give some insight for the investigation of social and medical care system for elderly people in China.
