摘　　要：胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白-2(Insulin-like growth factor-binding proteins-2,IGFBP2)是胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白(insulin-like growth factor binding proteins,IGFBPs)家族中的一个重要成员,具有调控和储存转运胰岛素样生长因子(Insulin-like growth factors,IGFs)的作用以及独立于IGFs的作用,在机体生长和发育中发挥重要的功能,在骨软骨疾病发生发展中其表达明显升高。本文对IGFBP2在正常软骨细胞、骨关节炎和大骨节病软骨细胞中的表达、过表达机制及其在疾病进展的作用等方面进行阐述,以期对骨软骨病的发病机制及其早期诊断提供新的思路。Insulin-like growth factor-binding proteins-2 （IGFBP2） is an important member in the family of insulin-like growth factor binding proteins （1GFBPs）. They have the functions to regulate IGFs, store and transport IGFs. IGFBP2 is up-regulated in bone and articular cartilage diseases. In this paper, we summarized the IGFBP2 expression and over-expression mechanisms in of healthy chondrocytes, chondrocytes in osteoarthritis and Kashin- Beck disease, and explored the effects on the disease progression, in order to provide new ideas for the pathogenesis and early diagnosis of bone and articular cartilage diseases.
