摘  要:首先介绍了燃煤锅炉除尘的2种主要工艺,即湿式静电除尘技术及管束式除尘装置的工作原理,其次在神华国华三河电厂2号机与3号机分别实施湿电电除尘与管束式除尘装置改造方案,并最终将这2种改造方案进行技术性能与技术经济性的对比。研究结果表明:2号机组与3号机组分别开展上述改造方案后均可实现大气污染物的超低排放要求,但从长期运营节能优化及维护便利方面比较而言,管束式除尘装置因改造量小、运行维护简便、防腐蚀能力强、新增引风机能耗小等方面具有更大的运维优势。The working principles of tubular precipitator and wet electrostatic precipitator were introduced at first, then different ultra-clean emission transformation schemes were implemented on units 3 and 2 of Shenhua Guohua Sanhe Power Plant,with tubular precipitator and wet electrostatic precipitator respectively, and their transformation effects were compared at last. The results show that:after the ultra-clean emission transformation, two units can achieve the ultra-low emission requirements ; from views of long-term operation energy saving optimization and maintenance convenience, the tube bundle dust collector has more advantages than the wet electrostatic precipitator.
