摘  要:针对220 kV倮马河变投运后,电网的运行方式变化导致保护定值不配合的问题,详细探讨了该区域电网小水电继电保护的适应性问题。以拉波洛水电厂为例,对电厂中发电机的纵联差动保护、定子绕组单相接地保护和变压器纵联差动保护、接地故障后备保护等进行了整定计算,并对保护定值进行了适应性分析。统筹兼顾了"四性"即可靠性、选择性、灵敏性和速动性的要求,为同类型的小水电厂中的继电保护整定计算提供参考。The resource of small hydropower is abundant in DiQing area and most of them are radial hydropower station. The operation of these stations is strongly affected by the season. And the load of these stations is fluctuant. The hydropower stations are connected to the grid by the "T" way, which make the structure of the grid more complex. The complex grid structure and variable operation mode bring significant influence and challenge to the adaptability and reliability of the relay protection. After the 220 kV LuoMahe transformer substation putting into operation, the operation mode had led a problem that the protective relaying setting are noncooperation. This paper discusses the issue that how the regional small hydropower adaptability the relay protection. Taking the LaBoluo hydropower station as an example, setting calculation for generator differential protection, generator stator single phase earth fault protection, differential protection for power transformer and earth fault backup protection for power transformer. At the same time, the adaptability of relaying setting had been analyzed. Under the consideration of reliability, selectivity of protection, speed and sensitivity, as well as give a reference about relaying setting for the same type hydropower stations.
