山西省城乡居民收入差距调节的财政政策思考

摘　　要：城乡居民收入差距长期以来备受社会各界争议及关注,而山西省城乡收入差额增大,阻碍经济发展和社会稳定。通过调查山西省财政收支数据,客观分析山西省存在该矛盾的成因:社会保障不完善、财政支农支出不足、教育支出结构不合理等,并依此从山西省财政支出、农民增收渠道和改革农村土地的视角提出建议。The gap between urban and rural resident income has attracted controversy and attention from all sector of society for a long time. However,the gap between urban and rural income of Shanxi province is getting widening,and economic development will be restrain for that factor. And according to the theory of fiscal policy to narrow the gap between urban-rural income and financial revenue-expenditure data of Shanxi province,I put forward to the cause of the gap between urban and rural resident income problem： The imperfect social security,Fiscal expenditure for agriculture not enough,The structure of education expenditure irrational and so on. Therefore,according that,I put forward solutions to the phenomenon from the Shanxi Province financial expenditure increase the income ways of peasants and the rural land visual angle.
