2010～2016年福建省部分腹泻患者沙门菌血清型、耐药监测

摘　　要：目的了解2010~2016年福建省腹泻患者沙门菌血清型分布和耐药情况。方法依据我省制定的伤寒、副伤寒及其他感染性腹泻监测方案,在我省3个地市设立沙门菌监测点开展工作。结果 2010~2016年福建省3个监测点共分离出174株沙门菌,均为肠道沙门菌内的亚种Ⅰ,分属于7个群(8个亚群),24个血清型,其中以B群血清型检出最多(29.20%)。血清型以鼠伤寒和肠炎沙门菌检出率最高(分别为50.60%和22.40%)。沙门菌总体耐药率为78.74%,其中氨苄西林、四环素和萘啶酸耐药率较高(分别为60.34%、57.47%、34.48%),环丙沙星和诺氟沙星耐药率最低。鼠伤寒和肠炎的耐药率分别为93.18%和92.31%,鼠伤寒以四环素和氨苄西林耐药为主,而肠炎以萘啶酸和氨苄西林为主。结论鼠伤寒仍是福建省重要的腹泻致病菌且耐药比较严重。Objective To understand the serotypes distribution and antibiotic resistance of Salmonellafrom diarrheal patients in Fujian province during 2010-2016. Methods According to the protocol of Typhoid,Paratyphoid and other infectious diarrhea of surveillance,the work was carried out in the selected three monitoring sites. Results A total of 174 Salmonellastrains which was subspecies enterica of Salmonella entericaI were detected.They were ascribing to seven serogroups（eight subgroups） and twenty-four serotypes,in which group B serotypes were mostly detected（29.20%）.S.typhimuriumand S.enteritidis were the most common serotypes detected in Fujian province.The drug resistance rate of the total strains was 78.74%,in which that of ampicillin,tetracycline and naphthalene acid was 60.34%,57.47% and 34.48%respectively,and the resistance rate to ciprofloxacin and norfloxacin was the lowest.Among different serotypes,the resistance rate of S.typhimurium and S.enteritidis was 93.18% and 92.31%,respectively.S.typhimurium was mainly resistant to tetracycline and ampicillin,while S.enteritidis was naphthalene acid and ampicillin. Conclusion S.typhimuriumis still an important serious antibiotic resistance diarrhea pathogen in Fujian province.
