摘　　要：以北京市某商业集团为例,结合其生产现状和需求,给出了中央空调SCADA系统总体架构;重点阐述了中央空调系统子站(SCS)、通讯系统及远程调控中心(RMCC)的设计思路及实施方法;从实际运行效果看,建成后的系统运行稳定,便于中央空调设备的集中监控、集中管理和集中运营。Taking a certain business group as an example,ageneral framework of central air-conditioning SCADA system is given based on its current production and demand.Emphasis is put on design concept and implementation methods of central air conditioning subsystem（SCS）,communication system and remote control center（RMCC）.Practice shows that the system is stable in operation,which is convenient for centralized monitoring,management and operation of central air-conditioning equipment.
