摘　　要：新常态下,农村社会的经济结构正在深刻变动,农业的经济体制正在深刻调整,农民的思想观念正在深刻变化。所有这些对农村党组织建设来说,既是难得的机遇,也是严峻的挑战。Under the new normal condition, the economic structure of rural society is undergoing profound changes, the agricultural economic system is undergoing profound adjustment, and the ideological concept of farmers is undergoing profound changes. All these are both rare opportunities and severe challenges for the construction of party organizations in rural areas.
