摘　　要：在人民安居乐业,全国经济飞速发展的大好形势下,国有企业也进入到一个崭新的发展阶段,这既是时代发展带来的机遇,同时也是一项严峻的挑战。目前,国有企业内部党建与思想政治工作的开展过程中,存在着一定的问题,在内部与外部因素的共同影响下,国有企业的党组织需要共同努力,加强企业内部的党建与思想政治工作,企业全体员工共同努力,在新时代的背景下,帮助企业更好、更快发展。With people living and working in peace and contentment and the rapid development of the national economy, the state-owned enterprises have entered a new stage of development, which is both an opportunity and a serious challenge for the development of the times. At present, there are some problems in the process of the party building and ideological and political work in state-owned enterprises. Under the influence of internal and external factors, the party organization of state-owned enterprises need to make joint efforts to strengthen the party building and ideological and political work. In the context of the new era, all employees of the company work together to help enterprises develop better and faster.
