摘  要:"一带一路"战略的实施和推进给陕西装备制造业带来了产业升级再发展、提升核心竞争力的历史性大机遇。本文以价值共创理论及DART模型为理论依据,从商业模式核心三要素出发,对陕西装备制造业整体商业模式所处境遇给予了分析。同时结合"一带一路"实际,提出"以价值共创为思想",建设陕西装备制造业跨境商务网站和云制造中心平台,快速响应市场变化和终端客户个性化需求,与客户开展价值共创,提升客户满意度、培养客户忠诚度;转变盈利逻辑思路,通过价值共创强化以发掘市场需求为基础的研发工作、提升加工制造环节的技术含量、打造综合服务品牌等路径拓展盈利空间的对策建议。It’s a big historic opportunity to enhance the core competitiveness of the equipment manufacturing industry in Shaanxi and upgrade its industry with"the Belt and Road"strategy’s implementation and promotion.Based on the value co-creation theory and its DART model,starting from the three core elements of the business model,the paper analyzes the disadvantages of the traditional business model of the equipment manufacturing industry in Shaanxi,and then proposes some countermeasures and suggestions on the actual situation,such as building an international business website and a manufacturing cloud center of the equipment manufacturing industry in Shaanxi,responding to the customer's individual needs and the market change quickly;co-creating value with customers,cultivating customers’loyalty to the products,changing the logic idea of getting profit and expanding the profit space by RD,improving the technical quality in the manufacturing process and building service brands.
