摘　　要：目的 分析国内住院患者外出管理研究文献的相关情况,揭示其研究特点和规律,为进一步研究和实践应用提供参考依据.方法 以中国知网（CNKI）、维普（VIP）、万方数据库为数据来源,运用文献计量学方法对检索结果进行分析.结果 共检索出符合要求的文献81篇,17.1%发表在统计源期刊,类型以经验总结为主.结论 国内住院患者外出管理研究文献有上升的趋势,但文献质量不高,科研基金资助力度不够,研究深度和广度有待加深.Objective To analyze the status quo of research literatures on management on out going of inpatients in China, to find out characteristics and rules of these researches, so as to provide evidence for further study and practice.Methods The method of bibliometrics was used to analyze the results retrieved, with the data source of China national knowledge infrastructure （CNKI）, VIP and Wanfang Data.Results 81 papers were eligible, with 17.1% published in journals of statistic source, and content as summary of experience. Conclusions Research papers on management on out going of inpatients in China are on the rise, yet with quality to be improved, research fund to be enriched, and depth and breadth to be elevated.
