摘 要:采用改良的Hummers法制备了氧化石墨烯(graphene oxide,简写为GO),并通过水热法制备了BiVO_4及添加不同质量分数GO的GO/BiVO_4复合催化剂。对制备出的BiVO_4和GO/BiVO_4复合催化剂样品利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、紫外-可见漫反射光谱(UV-Vis DRS)和能谱分析(EDS)进行了表征分析。以亚甲基蓝为目标污染物,考察了样品的催化活性。结果表明,随着GO量的增加,GO/BiVO_4的光催化活性先增加后降低,但均高于纯BiVO_4的催化活性;当GO掺杂量为1%时,对亚甲基蓝的降解率达到最高。Graphene oxide, abbreviated as GO, was prepared by a modified Hummers method. BiVO4 and different mass fractions of GO/BiVO4 composite were prepared by hydrotherrnal method. The prepared BiVO4 and GO/BiVO4 samples were characterized by X- ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), UV- Vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (UV-Vis DRS) and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS). The photocatalytic activities of these samples were determined by degradation of methylene blue. Experimental results showed that the catalytic activity of GO/ BiVO4 was higher than that of pure BiVO4 under the same conditions. The degradation ratio of methylene blue by GO/ BiVO- with GO doping amount of 1% can be as high as 90%.
