粉煤灰空心微珠在丙烯酸压敏胶中的应用研究

摘  要:采用来源广泛、价格较低的粉煤灰天然空心微珠作为压敏胶粘剂填料,实现降低压敏胶成本的目的,具有操作简单,工业可行性大的特点。以丙烯酸胶黏剂为基体,粉煤灰空心微珠为填料,研究了填料用量对丙烯酸压敏胶粘带三大基本性能:剥离力,持粘力,初粘力的影响;同时还进行了填料添加量对压敏胶抗推拉,抗冲击性以及防水性等实际应用性能的评估。实验结果发现填料用量在小于等于20%时,对胶带的综合性能没有明显的负面影响。The natural cenospheres, one of the wide available and cheap price powder, was used as packing additive for fabricating acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive (PSAs) in order to decreasing the cost. Cenospheres got from coal ash can be as a simple and feasible method to be a filler to add into PSAs. The effect of cenoshpere adding amount on the basic properties of PSAs, such as adhesion, cohesion and tack, was investigated. At the same time, application performances, such as peel force, waterproof, shockproof, high and low temperature resistance and anti-aging properties, were also evaluated. The experimental results showed that when the amount of filler was less or equal to 20% , there was no obvious influence on the comprehensive properties of the tape.
