摘 要:对容量法测定工业磷酸中磷酸含量的不确定度进行了评定,测定过程中不确定度主要来源于测定磷酸时氢氧化钠标准溶液消耗的体积;氢氧化钠标准溶液的配制和样品的重复测定。所以在测定过程中,需要根据磷酸含量称取合适的样品量,选用相配的滴定管;仔细配制标准溶液;熟悉实验过程、减少偶然误差,以保证得到准确可靠的结果。当工业磷酸中磷酸含量为76.14%时,扩展不确定度为0.18%(k=2)。The uncertainties of phosphoric content in the industrial measurement were evaluated via volumetric method, the results show that the uncertainties in the measurement derived mainly from three aspects, the volume consumption, configuration and sample retesting of standard NaOH solution. Therefore, in order to obtain more accurate and reliable results, the accidental error should be reduced in all the test procedures such as the selection of sample size, the selection of the buret, the configuration of the standard liquid and the operation of the test procedure. As phosphoric acid contents in phosphoric acid for industry use was 76. 14% , the expanded uncertainty was 0. 18% (k=2).
