摘 要:建立流动注射分光光度法测定水中挥发酚的方法。采用全自动流动注射分析仪,对水样中挥发酚进行检测,找出最佳实验条件。在最佳实验条件下,0.000~0.100 mg/L浓度范围内,相关性为0.9998,线性良好;方法检出限为0.0017 mg/L;不同浓度时,相对标准偏差分别为2.55%,4.30%;该方法用于不同浓度的水样,回收率分别为92.5%,95.6%。该方法线性良好,检出限低,精密度、准确度均符合标准要求,是可行的,并且有效提高工作效率。A method for determination of hydroxybenzene in drinking water by flow injection spectrophotometry was established. Hydroxybenzene in drinking water was determined by flow injection spectrophotometry, and the best experimental conditions were chosen for that purpose. In the best conditions, the linear range was 0. 000 - 0. 100 mg/L, the correlation was 0. 9998 in good linearity, the detection limit of the method was 0.0017 mg/L. At different concentrations, RSD of the determination of standard solution were 2. 55% and 4.30%. The method was used for water samples with different concentrations, the recoveries were 92. 5% and 95.6%, respectively. The method had good linearity and low detection limit, its precision and accuracy met the standard requirements, and it was feasible and effective to improve the working efficiency.
