细胞溶解性阴道病与性激素水平的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的研究细胞溶解性阴道病(CV)与性激素六项各项指标的相关性。方法收集临床工作中诊断为CV的患者152例作为观察组,阴道分泌物正常者152例作为对照组。观察两组人群月经第2~4天的性激素六项各项指标情况,应用SPSS19.0对性激素六项各项指标变化与细胞溶解性阴道病进行相关性分析。结果观察组CV患者多伴有性激素异常,如孕酮(P)不足(<0.20 ng/ml)占25例,卵巢贮备功能下降或有下降趋势卵泡刺激素(FSH)升高(>10.0 mI U/ml)11例,泌乳素(PRL)升高(>27 ng/ml)10例,雌二醇(E_2)水平下降(<21 ng/L)12例,FSH与黄体生成素(LH)反比例倒置2倍及以上的12例。对照组仅有5例在4个性激素项目出现异常。根据SPSS 19.0软件分析后发现:细胞溶解性阴道病与E_2下降、PRL升高、FSH升高、P下降相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论细胞溶解性阴道病与女性的卵泡期性激素水平密切相关,一旦发现细胞溶解性阴道病,需高度关注该患者的性激素水平,及早发现异常性激素状态。Objective To research the correlations between cytolytic vaginosis （CV） and sex hormones levels. Methods A total of 152 patients with CV were collected as observation group, and 152 women with normal vaginal discharge were selected as control group. The levels of six sex hormones from the second day to the fourth day of menstrual cycle in the two groups were observed. SPSS 19.0 software was used to analyze the correlations between the changes of six sex hormones levels and CV. Results Most patients in observation group were complicated with abnormal sex hormones levels, including 25 patients with progesterone （P） deficiency （〈0. 20 ng/ml）, 11 patients with diminished ovarian reserve function or decreasing trend of ovarian reserve function and increase of follicle-stimulating hormone （FSH） （ 〉 10. 0 mlU/ml）, 10 patients with increase of prolactin （PRL） （ 〉27 ng/ml）, 12 patients with decrease of estradiol （ E2 ） （ 〈21 ng/L）, and 12 patients with the inverse proportion of FSH/luteinizing hormone （LH） ≥2. In control group, only five cases were found with abnormal four sex hormones levels. SPSS 19. 0 software analysis showed that CV was significantly correlated with decrease of E2 and P, increase of PRL and FSH （P〈0.05） . Conclusion CV is closely correlated with sex homones levels at follicular phase, the levels of sex homones in patients with CV should be paid more attention to find adnormal sex homones early.
