摘  要:北京协和医院近年来在加强医院信息化建设、优化门诊服务方面采取了一系列举措,包括推进预约诊疗、上线手机APP、启用新型自助机、提供信息化便民服务、优化门诊布局、采取自动化手段、成立疑难病会诊中心以及发挥团队服务优势等。这些措施有效提高了门诊服务效率,改善了患者就诊感受,为提升门诊服务发挥了重要作用。A series of countermeasures on strengthening hospital information system and optimizing outpatient care such as promoting reservation registration, developing App, using new self-service machines, providing convenience service by information support, optimizing outpatient process, setting difficult disease consultation center and strengthening team work in Peking Union Medical College Hospital have been taken in current years. And these countermeasures have promoted outpatient care efficiency, promoted patient experience and have played important role on improving outpatient care.
