摘  要:通过对某三甲综合医院预约挂号现有的情况进行问卷调查,根据调查结果进行统计分析,并结合其他实际情况发现问题并提出改进措施。针对不同专家实际需求,适当调整号段分布,同时通过完善专家停诊处理机制、建立科内转诊预约及现场预约登记制度、开展多学科联合会诊及微信预约。预约挂号系统对于提高医院效率、提升患者就诊满意度至关重要,不断发现问题并提出改进措施,才能完善门诊就诊流程。Problems and countermeasures of reservation registration in a top tertiary hospital were found out by questionnaire. According to the different demands of experts, reservation registration resources was dynamically adjusted, with the completion of experts stop admission mechanism, referral in department system, reservation registration system, MDT and We Chat reservation system, reservation system has been established. Reservation registration system plays an important role on improving hospital efficiency and promoting patient satisfaction. With the circle of finding problems and taking actions, outpatient care process can be sustainable improved.
